INTRODUCTION
Blitz Board Stats LLC ("Blitz Board Stats," "we," "us," or "our") provides an online platform that helps youth and amateur sports organizations manage teams, track player participation and performance statistics, schedule activities, and communicate with team members (the "Services").
Because the Services may involve the creation and management of player profiles for individuals under the age of thirteen, Blitz Board Stats provides this Parental Notice and Consent to inform parents and legal guardians about how information relating to a child may be collected, used, and disclosed through the Services. Blitz Board Stats LLC is the operator of the Services and is responsible for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information relating to children through the platform.
This notice is provided in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and its implementing regulations. Blitz Board Stats seeks verifiable parental consent before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information relating to a child under the age of thirteen, except where permitted by applicable law.
Player profiles relating to children are typically created by authorized adult users such as parents, legal guardians, coaches, or team administrators who manage team rosters and participation information through the Services. A child's player profile will remain in a pending status and will not be activated or made accessible to other authorized users until a parent or legal guardian has reviewed this notice and provided verifiable parental consent.
This Parental Notice and Consent should be read together with the Blitz Board Stats Privacy Policy, which describes the broader privacy practices applicable to all users of the Services. Terms used in this notice have the same meanings as defined in the Privacy Policy unless otherwise specified.
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child whose information may be submitted to the Services, please review this notice carefully before providing consent.

a. Scope and Relationship to the Blitz Board Stats Privacy Policy. This Parental Notice and Consent applies specifically to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information relating to children under the age of thirteen in connection with the Blitz Board Stats Services. The Privacy Policy describes Blitz Board Stats' broader data privacy practices applicable to all users of the Services, including adult users, teen users, and authorized team administrators. Where information relating to a child under the age of thirteen is involved, the provisions of this Parental Notice and Consent apply in addition to the Privacy Policy. If there is any inconsistency between this notice and the Privacy Policy regarding the handling of information relating to children under thirteen, this notice will govern. Parents and legal guardians should review both this notice and the Privacy Policy to understand how Blitz Board Stats collects, uses, retains, and protects personal information in connection with the Services.

c. Right to Request Deletion. Parents and legal guardians may request that Blitz Board Stats delete personal information associated with their child that has been collected through the Services. Upon receiving and verifying such a request, Blitz Board Stats will take reasonable steps to delete or deidentify the child's personal information, unless retention of the information is required or permitted by applicable law. In some circumstances, deletion of a child's information may result in the removal or deactivation of the child's player profile from the Services.
d. Right to Withdraw Consent. Parents and legal guardians have the right to withdraw previously provided consent for the continued collection, use, or disclosure of their child's personal information. If a parent or guardian withdraws consent, Blitz Board Stats will stop further collection and use of the child's personal information and will take reasonable steps to delete or deidentify the child's information, except where retention is required or permitted by applicable law. Parents and legal guardians may exercise the rights described in this section by contacting Blitz Board Stats using the contact information provided in this notice.
8. Parental Consent
a. Consent to Collection and Use of Information. By providing consent through the Blitz Board Stats Services, you acknowledge that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child identified in the player profile and that you have reviewed this Parental Notice and Consent and the Blitz Board Stats Privacy Policy. You authorize Blitz Board Stats to collect, use, and maintain personal information relating to your child as described in this notice for purposes associated with operating the Services, including maintaining player profiles, supporting team management and administration, recording participation and statistical information, and facilitating communications among authorized team participants.
b. Consent to Disclosure as Described in the Privacy Policy. By providing consent, you also authorize Blitz Board Stats to disclose your child's information in the limited circumstances described in this notice and in the Blitz Board Stats Privacy Policy. These disclosures may include sharing information with authorized team members and administrators associated with the same team or organization and with service providers that support the operation, hosting, maintenance, and security of the Services. Blitz Board Stats does not sell children's personal information and does not use children's information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
c. Confirmation of Parent or Legal Guardian Authority. By providing consent, you represent and confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you have the legal authority to provide consent for the collection, use, and disclosure of the child's personal information as described in this notice. If Blitz Board Stats becomes aware that consent has been provided by an individual who is not the child's parent or legal guardian, Blitz Board Stats may suspend or deactivate the associated player profile and take appropriate steps to address the issue in accordance with applicable law.
9. Method of Providing Verifiable Parental Consent
a. Electronic Confirmation. Blitz Board Stats obtains verifiable parental consent through an electronic consent process designed to confirm that the individual providing consent is the child's parent or legal guardian. As part of this process, the parent or legal guardian must review this Parental Notice and Consent and affirmatively indicate agreement before a child's player profile is activated. As part of this process, the parent or legal guardian may be required to provide identifying information and confirm consent through an electronic confirmation mechanism associated with the parent's contact information. Blitz Board Stats may record the date, time, and method by which consent was provided in order to maintain a record of verifiable parental consent as required by applicable law. Until parental consent has been obtained and verified through this process, Blitz Board Stats will not activate the child's player profile or permit the collection, use, or disclosure of the child's personal information beyond what is necessary to obtain parental consent.
b. Additional Verification Measures. Blitz Board Stats may implement additional verification measures when reasonably necessary to confirm that consent has been provided by a child's parent or legal guardian. These measures may include requesting additional information from the parent or guardian, requiring confirmation through multiple communication channels, or implementing other verification procedures designed to ensure that consent is valid and reliable. Blitz Board Stats reserves the right to suspend or delay activation of a child's player profile if the company determines that additional verification is necessary to confirm parental consent or to comply with applicable law.
10. Revocation of Consent and Deletion of Information
a. Revocation of Consent and Deletion of Information. Parents and legal guardians may revoke previously provided consent for Blitz Board Stats to collect, use, or disclose personal information relating to their child at any time. If a parent or legal guardian withdraws consent, Blitz Board Stats will discontinue the collection, use, and disclosure of the child's personal information and will take reasonable steps to delete or deidentify the information associated with the child's player profile, except where retention is required or permitted by applicable law. Revocation of consent may result in the removal, deactivation, or restriction of the child's player profile and associated participation records within the Services, as certain platform features may not function without the information necessary to maintain a player profile. Parents and legal guardians who wish to revoke consent or request deletion of their child's information may submit a request using the contact information provided in this notice. Blitz Board Stats may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the requesting parent or legal guardian before processing a revocation or deletion request.
