You can delete your Blitz Board Stats account at any time.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to the Blitz Board Stats app.
- Open the menu and choose Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete Account.
Can't sign in, or using the website? Email ops@blitzboardstats.com from the email address on your account, and we'll delete it for you.
What happens right away
- Your account is closed and you can no longer sign in.
- You're removed from every team and organization, including coach, admin, and statistician roles.
- Your guardian and fan connections to athletes end, and pending invitations are declined.
- Push notifications to your devices stop.
What is kept
- Your name, email address, and phone number are kept on the closed account. To have them permanently erased, email ops@blitzboardstats.com and we'll erase them within 30 days.
- Team records stay with the team. Game stats, rosters, schedules, and chat messages you posted belong to the team and stay visible to its members.
