How to Export Your Flag Football Stats to MaxPreps

For high school programs, MaxPreps is where the season becomes official. It's where college coaches look, where local reporters pull numbers, and where your athletes' records live. The problem? Getting stats into MaxPreps usually means re-typing everything you already tracked during the game.

Blitz Board Stats is an Official MaxPreps Stat Import Partner for flag football, which means that double-entry goes away.

Why the partnership matters

Being an official import partner isn't just a badge. It means your BBS stats are formatted to move cleanly into MaxPreps, so varsity and JV numbers land where they belong without a spreadsheet wrestling match. You track once, in BBS, and the numbers are ready to go.

How the export works

1. Track your game live in Blitz Board Stats, the same way you always do.
2. Go to Stats, then Season Stats, and filter to the completed game.
3. Click Export Stats, choose MaxPreps, and download the import.txt file.
4. Upload it in MaxPreps Coach Admin. No retyping, no reformatting, no lost box scores.

What used to be an hour of data entry after every game takes about a minute. For every click, plus the checks to run before you upload, follow the step-by-step MaxPreps export guide.

Who this is for

This is built for high school programs tracking real seasons: the ones juggling varsity and JV, submitting to MaxPreps every week, and handling district paperwork. (Speaking of which: you can pay by invoice, our W-9 is on file, and we execute a National DPA for student data privacy.)

Track once. Count everywhere.

The whole point of good stat software is that your numbers do more than sit in an app. Export for MaxPreps, build shareable stat cards for social, and keep a season history your athletes can carry with them.
