Exporting Your Stats to MaxPreps

01What you need

• A Blitz Board Stats account with your season's games tracked.
• A MaxPreps Coach Admin login for your team.
• Your MaxPreps schedule set up with the opponent and date that match the game you tracked.

02Export from Blitz Board Stats

1. 1Go to Stats, then Season Stats. Select the team and season, and filter to the completed game.
2. 2Click Export Stats (or Export All Stats). Under Format, select MaxPreps.
3. 3Review athletes and jersey numbers, then click Export. Confirm jerseys are set and unique, then click Download import.txt.
4. 4Save import.txt somewhere you can reach when you log in to MaxPreps.

Best time:Export right after the game, while the roster and jersey numbers are fresh, and upload in the same sitting.

03Check before you upload

• Jersey numbers in Blitz Board Stats match your MaxPreps roster.
• The opponent and date on your MaxPreps schedule match the game you're uploading.
• The file you upload is import.txt.

04Upload to MaxPreps

1. 1Sign in to MaxPreps with your Coach Admin account.
2. 2Open Schedule in the team navigation and find the game.
3. 3Open the stat entry page (the final score, the pencil icon, or the Add Stats prompt).
4. 4Enter the final score, then choose Save and Import Stats.
5. 5In Import Stats, select Choose .txt File, pick import.txt, and select Import.
6. 6Choose Calculate Team Totals, then Publish and Continue.

Timing:Stats appear on your public MaxPreps team page within 15 to 30 minutes of publishing.
