How to Upload & Edit an Athlete Profile

01Start with an invitation

1. 1A Coach or Admin invites a Guardian for a specific athlete and team.
2. 2Until the invitation is accepted, the athlete's profile and team details stay private. If you can't see a profile, ask your Coach or Admin to send or resend the invite.

02Accept your invite and log in

1. 1Open the Blitz Board Stats invitation email, follow the link to create your account, and log in.

03Open the athlete's Player Profile

1. 1From the left menu, select Teams, then open the team card to reach Team Management.
2. 2Select the Roster tab.
3. 3Click the athlete's name to open their Player Profile.
4. 4Select the edit (pencil) icon at the top right to open Edit Player.

04Add or update the athlete's information

1. 1Upload a profile photo by dragging an image in or clicking to browse.
2. 2Enter or update Player Name, Player Email, Position(s), Jersey Number, Graduation Year, Date of Birth, Guardian Name, Guardian Email, and Player Bio.
3. 3Click Update Player to save. The profile updates right away and only invited team members and guardians can view it.

Pro tip:Double-check names, email, and date of birth before saving. These fields carry through to rosters, stats, and reports.

05Share highlights

• Videos: upload game and practice clips from the Player Profile to build the athlete's highlight reel.
• Social posts: use Create Post on the Player Profile to turn any stat, clip, or milestone into a share-ready graphic.

06Add Blitz Board Stats to your home screen

• iPhone and iPad (Safari): open blitzboardstats.com in Safari, tap the Share icon (bottom of the screen on iPhone, top toolbar on iPad), tap Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.
• Android phone and tablet (Chrome): open blitzboardstats.com in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu (top right), tap Add to Home screen (or Install app), then tap Add or Install.
• The icon opens straight into Blitz Board Stats on game day, with no app store needed.
