For Coaches & Admins

Everything a coach or program admin needs to get a season ready in Blitz Board Stats: create the organization, add teams and rosters (one at a time or by spreadsheet), invite guardians, and schedule billing to match your kickoff. Every new account includes one free test game and one free live game, so you can practice tracking before billing begins.

01Register and activate your account

  1. 1Create your Blitz Board Stats account.
  2. 2Enter your professional contact details and a secure password.
  3. 3Open the verification email in your inbox to activate the account.

02Set up your organization profile

  1. 1Enter your official organization name (for example, "Northside High School"). This name appears on every invoice.
  2. 2Upload a high-resolution organization logo.

03Create your teams

  1. 1Add teams one at a time with Add Team, or upload a spreadsheet to create several teams at once.

04Upload your team roster

  1. 1Add players to each roster one at a time, or upload a roster spreadsheet to add the whole team at once.
  2. 2Confirm every player is on the roster before your first game. A statistician can only track players who are listed.

Roster tip:You can invite one guardian per athlete right from the roster upload. Athletes 13 and older can also be invited directly with their own login.

05Invite parents and guardians

  • Guardians get view-only access to their own athlete's stats.
  • Access is invitation-only and COPPA compliant: a guardian can't see an athlete until they are invited.

06Schedule your subscription

  1. 1Enter the number of teams using the platform this season, then select Confirm & Proceed.
  2. 2Choose Immediate Start Date, or schedule a future date to line up with your season kickoff.
  3. 3Use the +/- selector to set how many seasons this billing cycle covers, then Confirm & Proceed.

07Complete payment or request an invoice

  1. 1Choose Pay Now for card checkout, or Get an Invoice to pay later.
  2. 2Pick the billing contact: the default Admin or Owner, or a custom contact for your finance office.
  3. 3Review the billing type, season length, start date, and price per team, then select Continue to Payment.

Organizations:An organization subscription does not attach teams automatically. An Admin attaches each team to the organization.

08Add Blitz Board Stats to your home screen

  • iPhone and iPad (Safari): open blitzboardstats.com in Safari, tap the Share icon (bottom of the screen on iPhone, top toolbar on iPad), tap Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.
  • Android phone and tablet (Chrome): open blitzboardstats.com in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu (top right), tap Add to Home screen (or Install app), then tap Add or Install.
  • The icon opens straight into Blitz Board Stats on game day, with no app store needed.

09Who can do what

  • Admin: full organization control. Manages the org profile, billing, team and season setup, and assigns Coaches.
  • Coach: full team access. Manages the roster, schedule, and staff, and assigns Statisticians.
  • Statistician: live game tracking for the team a Coach assigns.
  • Guardian: view-only access to their own athlete's stats, by invitation only.
  • Fan: view-only access to live games and leaderboards.

Can I try Blitz Board Stats before paying?
Yes. Every new account includes one free test game and one free live game, so you can practice tracking before billing begins.
Can I upload my roster from a spreadsheet?
Yes. You can bulk-create teams and bulk-add players by uploading a spreadsheet, or add them one at a time.
Can I pay by invoice instead of a card?
Yes. At checkout choose Get an Invoice to pay later, and assign a custom billing contact for your finance office if needed.
