Blitz Board Stats Is Now on the App Store

The Blitz Board Stats app is now on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. It's a free download, and it works with the account you already use.

What's in the app

Everything you use in the browser comes with you.

• Live game tracking. Coaches and the Statisticians they assign log every play from the sideline, with field position, downs, and the score in one place.
• Play-by-play and live stat tables. Follow each play as it's logged, and see player stats build during the game.
• Team pages and season stats. Games, wins, points for and against, and the full roster.
• Player profiles and stat posts. Every player gets a profile with season stats, and you can turn those stats into a post ready to share.
• Huddle, your team chat. Practice times, game day reminders, and a quick "stats are up" to the whole team.
• Schedules and rosters. Manage games, tournaments, and players from your phone.

In short, the app has everything the web version does.

Built for the phone in your hand

• Your screen stays on while you track a live game, so it won't lock between plays.
• Share straight from the app. Player posts and stat exports open your phone's share sheet, so they can go to Messages, email, or social in a tap.
• Add photos from your camera or photo library.
• Push notifications. Turn them on or off any time in Settings.
• Sign in with Apple or Google, or with your email and password.

Same account, same stats

Sign in with the account you already have. Your organizations, teams, rosters, and stats are all there, and anything tracked in the app shows up on the web, and the other way around.

Roles work the same way, too. Admins manage the organization. Coaches and the Statisticians they assign track stats. Guardians, Co-Guardians, and Fans can follow along, view-only. For the full breakdown, see who can do what.

Game day tips

• Signal dropped mid-game? Keep tracking. Plays are stored on your device and saved once you reconnect.
• Still can't connect? Try these in order: restart the app, log out and back in, toggle Wi-Fi or cellular, switch networks, turn on airplane mode for 10 to 15 seconds, then restart your device.

What about Android?

Our Android app is in review with Google Play and is coming soon. Until then, Blitz Board Stats works in Chrome on any Android phone or tablet, and you can add it to your home screen in a few taps. The steps are in the Coach Onboarding & Setup Guide.
